CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Products can also be returned/exchanged if they arrive damaged. Please send us your return request via the dedicated portal here immediately prior to returning the item.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive further instructions on returning your item.

Please note: POISE N BERRIES does not cover the return cost. The buyer is responsible for return costs as well as for any loss in value.

All products must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

Due to reasons of hygiene, earrings purchased from POISE N BERRIES are non-returnable. Custom made pieces are also non-returnable.

Returned items can either be exchanged or refunded.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to be processed.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Sale items can be retuned and exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit. If sale items arrive damaged, they can be returned and replaced or exchanged for store credit.

ALL returns will be processed within 2 days of arrival. If eligible for a refund, the amount will be refunded within 48 hours after return has been processed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has not been prepared and shipped out yet, you will be able to cancel it and receive a full refund/store credit or exchange.

Please contact us as soon as possible here. If your order has already been prepared and shipped out, a cancellation will not be possible.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS PREPARED & SHIPPED OUT?

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are prepared and shipped out within 1-2 business days from the date of confirmation regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

We ship from Monday to Friday. Delivery on Saturdays is not guaranteed even if your provider says so and regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking information once your order has been sent out.

POISE N BERRIES is not responsible:

For any delays caused by the shipping provider

For any items lost by the shipping provider

For any items lost after attempted delivery

Please note that international customers are responsible for payment of taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by local customs authorities. These fees are to be paid to your local carrier or government and are NOT PAID to POISE N BERRIES thus, they are non refundable.

WRONG/ MISTAKEN ADDRESS

Please ensure you have entered the correct address at checkout, prior to placing your order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the address provided to POISE N BERRIES is the correct one. If your order has not been sent out yet, there is a chance you might be able to change it. If your order has already been sent out, all we can do is wait for it to be returned to us. If we do receive it, we can either send it again to the correct address (in which case the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs) or refund you the order.

ORDER RETURNED TO SENDER

In case you are absent when your parcel is delivered, your carrier will follow appropriate instructions (return to post office for pick up/drop parcel off at front door etc.) It is important to regularly check the delivery status of your parcel and stay up to date with any delivery notifications. If the parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by your carrier, it will be returned to us. Once successfully done so, you can either have it shipped out again (in which case the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs) or have your order refunded.

Please note the cost of shipping is non-refundable under any circumstances, as this is paid directly to the shipping carrier.
