Our pieces are designed for longevity and are thoughtfully made to last as we believe in making a positive impact on the environment. We have curated a simple guide of simple steps to help you extend the life cycle of your garments and jewellery and preserve their beauty for many years to come!

GOLD FILLED & STERLING SILVER JEWELLERY

  • Avoid sleeping with your jewellery on
  • Remove your jewellery prior to taking a shower, exercising or participating in any activities that involve water and moisture.
  • Avoid it coming into contact with lotions, hand creams, harsh chemicals, hand sanitiser or perfume.
  • Store your jewellery in an airtight space such as its original POISE N BERRIES box or your own jewellery box.
  • You may use a micro-fibre cloth to very gently polish and restore shine. For gold filled pieces, be extremely gentle when doing so, to avoid damaging the gold layer of the jewellery.

CLOTHING

VISCOSE/RAYON: We recommend that you gently handwash or cool machine wash your viscose/rayon garments. Always wash colours separately and do not twist or wring. Dry cleaning is also an option. Do not soak in bleach and dry flat in the shade. Always press with a warm iron.

Please note: That due to the nature of rayon viscose fabric, there is a small chance the garment might shrink slightly after laundering. This is REVERSIBLE and not a fault in the garment. In this case use a warm iron to press the garment. This will relax the fibres and restore it to its original size.
