RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Products can also be returned/exchanged if they arrive damaged. Please send us your return request via the dedicated portal here immediately prior to returning the item.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive further instructions on returning your item.

Please note: POISE N BERRIES does not cover the return cost. The buyer is responsible for return costs as well as for any loss in value.

All products must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

Due to reasons of hygiene, earrings purchased from POISE N BERRIES are non-returnable. Custom made pieces are also non-returnable.

Returned items can either be exchanged or refunded.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to be processed.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Sale items can be retuned and exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit. If sale items arrive damaged, they can be returned and replaced or exchanged for store credit.

ALL returns will be processed within 2 days of arrival. If eligible for a refund, the amount will be refunded within 48 hours after return has been processed.
